CSDSA Couple's Italian Date Night Cooking Class

Don’t knock the gnocchi! 

In this class we’ll have you kneading and forming gnocchi in no time flat! Plus, we’ll teach you all of the tips and tricks for fluffy, light dumplings. Learn how to rice potatoes to lessen starch and how to make a perfect dough! Once we’re all boiled up we’ll make Cortney’s all-time favorite Pomodoro Sauce or Pesto and toss them up for a homemade dinner.

CSDSA is covering the cost of this event for couples but you must register and space is limited!
