Who doesn’t love an enchilada? In this class we’ll make creamy and zesty Enchiladas Suizas, then while they’re baking we’ll whip up some chocolate mousse – with Mexican chocolate. And that’s not all!
We’ll also learn how to make masa and stuff it with cheese, then griddle fry it until it’s nice and crispy, served with our salsa duo.
CSDSA is covering the cost of this event for couples but you must register and space is limited!
